A founding partner of DAEM law firm, Isabelle specialises in labour and trade union law. She handles all issues related to labour law, both individual and collective matters.

She began her career in the Human Resources departments of major groups: HABITAT, then CANAL+. She has also collaborated with international business firms.

At the same time, Isabelle taught at the University of Paris X - Nanterre and at the Sorbonne. She has also lectured at ESSEC business school.
