Stéphanie holds a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Social Relations in Business from Sorbonne Paris Nord University, as well as an MBA – RNCP-certified Corporate Legal Counsel qualification from ESG. She joined DAEM in November 2025 after three years working as a labour law legal counsel within the FO-Cadres trade union. She also served as a member of Apec’s Board of Directors.
She gained experience in labour law within several companies as well as in the courts, including at the Bobigny Labour Court. She now provides her expertise on both individual and collective employment relations matters.
